Amenities
The private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace is set in its own garden so, for safety reasons, it can be closed off to young children by means of a discreet gate.
A gate from the bottom of the garden gives access to the many nature trails of the nearby mountainside as well as a pathway that leads to Golden Beach, a 20 minute walk away and one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.
Shops, supermarkets and some excellent restaurants are all within a 2 minute radius (by car) of the villa and the famous millionnaire's port of Puerto Banus, as well as the enchanting old town of Marbella, are but a short drive away.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with 3 single beds, three and a half bathrooms and the lounge has a sofa bed extra guests. A cot and high chair for infants is also available.
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms are on the second floor, and one on the first. There is also a toilette on the first floor.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is absolutely fantastic! It is fully equipped for long and short term rentals. Appliances include: oven, stove, large fridge with freezer on top, microwave, toaster, and several small appliances and kitchenware.
Living Rooms:
Views are almost everything in Andalusia and the living room and TV room in Casa Elviria are no exception. The living room has 2 large 3-seat sofabeds overlooking the forest and mountains. There is also a 3-seat sofa in the TV room.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Laundry for linen and towels is included. Cleaning services are also available.
An independent apartment also available!
The house has an independent apartment which can be rented if needed. Please ask for details.
For the more sporty holiday-maker, many of the Costa's famous golf courses and tennis clubs are within a 10 to 15 minute drive of the villa and watersport facilities such as diving, sailing, water-skiing, etc. abound along the coast.
In the winter, a trip to the Sierra Nevada mountains can have you snow-skiing in the morning with a round of golf in the afternoon or a relaxing sun-bathe by your own private pool.
